He began his career in dentistry as one of Alex’s first dental assistants, developing a strong foundation in patient care and clinical workflow. In 2017, he transitioned into the dental laboratory field as a trainee with Aspen Dental, where his technical skill, attention to detail, and dedication to quality helped him advance quickly.
By 2020, he was promoted to Trainer, playing a key role in developing new technicians and standardizing best practices. In 2023, he moved into a POD Leader role, guiding multiple labs and supporting operational excellence across his region.
In 2025, he joined Bold Dental, bringing his experience in training, leadership, and high-quality lab production to a team committed to innovation and exceptional patient results. His career reflects continuous growth, adaptable leadership, and a strong commitment to the craft of dental prosthetics.
