With more than 20 years in the dental field, Mishala Rame blends technical precision with true artistry. After beginning her career as a dental assistant, she expanded her craft into dental lab technology five years ago—she has worked for Dr. Alex for 10 years, where her passion for creating lifelike, handcrafted restorations truly shines. She specializes in custom dentures as well as digital design of full zirconia crowns, bridges, dentures, and All-on-4 cases. Using state-of-the-art technology—including the IVOCLAR PrograMill PM7 milling unit, Programat S2 sintering furnace, and P310 oven—Mishala brings each case to life through meticulous designing, shading, glazing, and staining.
Beyond the lab, Mishala dives into another passion: Mary Kay skincare and makeup. She not only sells Mary Kay—she absolutely loves it and enjoys sharing products she genuinely believes in.
A proud mom of three grown children: Gage, Aubrie, and Dallas, Mishala is embracing the empty-nester chapter with her husband. Together, they enjoy taking time off vacationing, antiquing, gardening (and admiring every bloom), attending car shows, checking out hot rods, going to the range to shoot and hitting the gym as a team. She also happily admits to loving shopping. She is a Mary Kay beauty consultant and loves skincare and makeup. Something she truly believes in.
